I'd go even further than the message in this cartoon and argue that for Hezbollah and the Palestinian fighters, their greatest weapons are women and children. Their only "victories" are won by the propaganda value of civilian casualties.

Israel needs to beat Hizbollah, and soon, because nothing short of total Israeli victory can be acceptable for the West. A premature ceasefire, or anything leaving Hizbollah in place, will be interpreted as a victory for the muj, and will constitute a huge psychological blow to Israel. Islam will become more daring in its efforts to cowe us.
